1943 Swiss Army Horsehair Rucksack - Display - Military - Nigel Cabourn

This Swiss Army backpack is from 1943, so it's been around for over 80 years. It's a vintage item that's practically an antique. I've kept it stored for many years in a garment case with desiccant and insect repellent, but I'd occasionally apply oil to the leather parts. I've always liked the craftsmanship of Swiss Army backpacks and collected various types in the past, but this long, slender design is rare. Considering its age, it's in good condition with no tears or damage. Please understand that the scuffs on the fur, the aging of the leather, and the stains on the fabric are characteristic of its age. Approximately 46cm tall, 27.5cm wide, and 11-18cm thick depending on the location.
